Welcome to the Community Group Leader Application process! The first step in the process is to answer some questions on this page to help us get to know you. After you submit the application, we will be following up via email to schedule a phone call.

Please note that this form is for Christians who follow Jesus - and though these questions seem invasive or legalistic, that is not at all the intention behind them. ​ We want group leaders to be people who are not only walking with Jesus but also navigating culture through a Biblical lens.

The questions below are going to help give us a gauge of how you do those things. There are no right or wrong answers - and filling out this form does not guarantee that you will become a group leader. We ask that you simply be open, be honest, and we’ll reach out to discuss things further once you’re finished. Thanks!
